​ADDITIONAL COSTS AND INFORMATION

Gratuity 20% before tax on Tab Minimum spends.

Deposit 50% to book the event. Balance due 2 weeks prior to event.

Cancellation Policy - 100% of deposit will be refunded if cancelled 30 days or more before event.

Events cancelled less that 30 days from event will forfeit entire deposit.

All pricing subject to change. December & Holiday Pricing varies.

 

Staffing 1/30 guests - 4 hours $125 each (TABC Certified Bartender)

 

Wine, beer and other beverages provided by Checkered Past Winery

No outside alcohol or beverages

Food Menu available.

Outside food must be approved in advance.

Preferred caterer allowed with servers and with $150 fee to Checkered Past Winery.

Additional​ $100 fee if not using preferred caterer - caterer must be interviewed and approved by Checkered Past Winery prior to the event date.
